Vytelle seeks an International Manager of Labs in Lenexa, KS to Oversee in vitro services and troubleshooting for Vytelle international laboratories which includes: Technical expertise, remote and on-site support, standard operating procedures, collaboration and communication, training and development, proactive monitoring and maintenance, problem solving frameworks, data analysis; Monitor KPI's of international labs relating: IVM, IVF, IVC, and embryo freezing; Training of new personnel – US and Global: Conducts training sessions and workshops for lab staff on new equipment, technologies and methodologies. Skills development by facilitating continuous professional development to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest advancements in their field; Technical Support - US and Global: Technical expertise and consultation, training & development, quality assurance and control, equipment and infrastructure support, project management, and data management and analysis; Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S; Position requires up to 25% of international travel in Latin America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, and other closely related degrees and 3 years of experience in job offered or related Laboratory Technician or Veterinary Medicine occupations. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Executing in vitro fertilization services including: IVM, IVF, IVC, and embryo freezing; Oocyte collection and maturation, including producing weekly/daily reports, identifying and reporting anomalies, and maintaining lab SOP standards during collection and maturation; Semen processing for in vitro fertilization; Embryo culture, evaluation, loading and freezing, including embryo conditioning for transfer/shipping, maintaining culture workflow, and identifying/reporting anomalies during embryo evaluation; and Media, collection and processing data integrity, including maintaining embryo production records and oocyte collection records.
