Western Veterinary Clinic is a woman-owned, mixed animal practice with roots going back to the early 1970s. Located in Williston, North Dakota, we are a rural community with genuine small-town roots where clients know your name and trust their vet. We are growing our team and looking for individuals who want a practice where quality medicine and quality of life coexist. Our environment is defined by stability and longevity; most of our six doctors have been here for years, often starting right after graduation.

Requirements

We are seeking a new graduate veterinarian to join our team starting in 2027. Your caseload will be primarily small animal, with the option to see large animal cases if you are interested. Because we are situated far from major referral centers, you will manage a wide variety of cases, building significant diagnostic and surgical skills early in your career rather than simply referring complex cases out. You will also participate in emergency services, providing exposure that builds confidence quickly alongside an experienced, supportive team
